- Software and Hardware Requirements: You will need a broadband internet connection (Cable, DSL or faster), Skype, a head set (microphone/speaker) and, for video chatting, a web cam. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
- Missed Sessions: You can reschedule any of your sessions with at least 24 hours notice. Any sessions missed without a 24 hour notice will be considered used.
- Expiration: Prepaid hours expire 90 days after last purchase. Any unexpired prepaid hours will automatically roll over if you purchase another set of 4 prepaid hours.
